Life is all about transport of emotions, state and nature... And i strongly mean by the word called transition which has happened to me for the past year or so. I salute my association with Payoda and the realm of separation , is start to write my thoughts.
Payoda , the name means Bearing Cloud... Post my transition from Satyam , i was looking for an opportunity to show my skills and the opportunity from the day uno i was provided to cultivate the habit of growing skills and with exceptional team and the management , it was all set for a new career opportunity to learn and to learn...
Technically apart i m here to explain my Life @ Payoda.... My friends,my outings , movies , best and worst time spent here ... this shall remain as a memoir for my future and cherish able time recalling philosophy... and ...
Its nostalgia , not of your child age but of a year from now. I landed in CBE airport on 25th of November. Lodged in the mansion which is near to my office and happening place of Ram Nagar where i did stay for couple of months. Bunch of friends , is always fun when you be here , i mean it ... learn to live and enjoy is the life i lived and i shall miss post leaving here a month from now.
There are times you feel , you were lost in life and suddenly you realize , the life has just begun. And sweetest thing is you cherish those memoirs not when you lose those but on the times you love to cherish them. That's life ... take life as it comes...
My learning here in payoda helped me to develop my interpersonal skills , my communication and most of all exposed my weakness in man management. But , time taught me a lot. I m really happy that i was associated with giants of laughter , simplicity with exceptional attitude , lifestyle and so on. To live is to be simple is what i got to know from here and i really fathom the greatness amalgamated with this bunch of fellows.
Where to start and what to , is what you will always miss when you are around this bunch of fellows. We always are around with each others magnificent sense of laughter and sense of humor , a way of life defining itself called 'Sillarai' meaning stupidity for fun. This makes life easier. With all time bound emotions to be carried in this life , I always this way of life made me to forget my agony of past and always taught me to live at this very moment . This made me to attain greater respect to meet the given task and with greater quality and mind you with always fun as the motto. This way of life , by this i mean , the way to live easily transformed each and every individual to attain all his planned aspiration and his epitome of elixir. That's what we need , isn't it? Why we are here?, aren't we are in this innocent planet to live as fun, excitement and to cherish the need to live. Yes , we are and hence we are here.

Is the way of live which i allied to Sillarai started with me joining or it was there here? Do we possess this as a hidden talent? Well , actually this is a hidden talent which each and every individual owns and they tend to be afraid to exhibit the same. Shyness makes them not to have fun. This is kind of fun which is more than the word fun. The way of life mentioned here is more than the word fun , and it relates to the extreme delight to be lived for. Extreme fun i mean here , by means of enjoyment , in work , in theater in food court , in travel from dawn to dusk. We lived, i lived and i mean the same to be lived by each and everyone of the same.

Particularly when Kali left for Chennai yesterday , the mood here is very dull. We either the roommates or in office are really feeling dull. Kali , Bala Kishore and myself are roommates with Anand , ramesh , Logesh and Pradeep are other members of Sillarai gang. For us , life is fun and we lived as much as possible .
My relieving date is next friday and kishore to Follow next month. Others some time sooner shall join us in chennai sooner to continue our Sillarai Gang.
